Opportunità a Parigi
E aveva ragione. Non sarò mai “sazia” di questa città. Così grande, nuova, classica, moderna e piena. Piena di bellezza. Piena di gente di tutto il mondo. Una città calda, dove la baguette sotto il braccio mi farà sempre sorridere con un pizzico di sana invidia golosa!

I found the same concept in bistros. Minimal mise en place, microfiltered water everywhere and mini tables….

The Le Marais District
Another beautiful discovery was the Le Marais district. …
It is a delightful neighborhood where past and modernity mix perfectly, giving life to a magical and enchanting place. Its narrow streets are full of art galleries, fashionable boutiques and refined cafés but also many independent shops. My biggest fear in Italy! But that's another story!
But there's so much more. For example the Museums. The Marais offers an extraordinary variety of museums. The most famous is the Center Pompidou, set up in a modern building built in the 1970s and designed by architect Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers where the most important collections of modern and contemporary art in Europe are kept. Of a completely different kind is the Musée Carnavalet, which traces the history of Paris through objects and memorabilia, from its origins to the present day. Among the other museums located in the neighborhood we mention: the Musée Cognacq-Jay, where the 18th century works acquired between 1900 and 1927 by Ernest Cognacq and his wife Louise Jay are exhibited; the Maison de Victor Hugo, preserved exactly as it was left by the writer; and the Musée Picasso, dedicated to the undisputed genius of 20th century art.
This is why ideas are born in Paris too... for me!
